Life happens, and I totally understand! If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 5 days in advance. The 50% retainer is non-refundable, but you can use it toward a future session. If an emergency comes up and you need to reschedule, just reach out—I’ll do my best to find a new date that works for both of us!
